All payments must be made, paid for & processed at the time of and prior to the dispatch of any and all roadside assistance services.

Our roadside assitance technicians will NOT be dispatched to perform any roadside assistance service without prior confirmation of the full payment with any of our on-duty 24 hour dispatchers whatsoever. 

HURT Roadside Assistance DOES NOT offer warranties on any of it's mobile emergency roadside assistance services.

All (USED or NEW) tires purchased are aquired from a 3rd party and any warranties IF ANY will be held with the 3rd party and HURT Roadside Assistance will NOT be liable for any tires delivered and installed onto a customer's vehicle.

HURT Roadside Assistance DOES NOT guarantee the quality of the delilvered and installed EMERGENCY REPLACEMENT (USED or NEW) tire.

HURT Roadside Assistance will NOT BE legally held liable for any damages incurred during or after the mobile tire replacement service as we are only responsible for the restoration of the drivers vehicle being mobile immediately after the mobile tire replacement service.

By accepting this service, it is mutually understood that the customer DID NOT have an emergency spare tire to be installed onto the vehicle prior to our roadside assistance technician's arrival and therefore the customer in knowledgeably and willfully engaging in the purchase of a replacement tire with HURT Roadside Assistance at that time.
